Steel guitar Jerry's way, is alive and growing and he has been very busy recording for various label projects, in addition to performing at more live concerts over the past months.
RFD Network has a entered into an agreement to
begin airing the past shows. You will get a chance to see Jerry on many of the
shows from 1972-1976.
Jerry will be doing some selected dates with
David Church around the country during the summer. Check back for more
details.
Jerry will return to the new Wheeling Jamboree on
June 28th as the featured artist and after 30 years for a reunion with his good
friend Roger Hoard. This special show will be broadcast over WWVA.
Jerry will be joining his good friend, Walt Wise
at The House of Blues in Cleveland on May 9th. Walt and his band will be
doing their incredible Rascal Flats Tribute "Broken Road". This is one
you won't want to miss. Jerry will also be playing various dates during the
summer.
Jerry will be traveling to do a special appearance in Savannah, Georgia at the
historic landmark mansion "Sorrel Weed House" on May 3rd with a
Tribute to Buck Owens. Jerry will share the music he recorded and played
while traveling the world during his time with Buck as a member of The
Buckaroos. He'll also be sharing many behind the scene stories about his years
with Buck along with his memories of Hee-Haw.
American Greetings Interactive
contracted Jerry to write, produce and play some traditional country tracks for
an up-coming series of E-Cards. This is scheduled to be released in 2008. The last E-Card Jerry performed on was in the top 10
downloaded E-Cards in 2006 with over 10 million hits. Click on the logo to see the 2006 animated E-Card.
Jerry was
recently contacted by Homer Joy. Homer wrote the million seller,
"Streets of Bakersfield". For more information about Jerry's

Jerry recently performed on Leanne's up-coming CD
release. He also produced the song, "The Bottle or Me" for the
CD. Look for some exciting things from this gal in the very near future.
Jerry will be doing an up-coming interview for
"That Bakersfield Sound" website in the near future. This website contains a
lot about the history of "The Bakersfield Sound".
